Two Generations, One Brighter Future

When parents and children receive support at the same time, families can move forward together. Through the partnership between the Godman Guild Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, families receive coordinated services that strengthen economic stability for parents while helping children succeed in school and beyond.

Support for Adults

Adults receive career coaching, job readiness support, and connections to wraparound resources such as childcare referrals and transportation assistance. These supports help parents pursue stable employment and long-term career pathways.

Support for Children

Children are matched with consistent, caring mentors. Mentors provide academic encouragement, confidence-building, and exposure to new experiences that support social and emotional development.
